Abstract

Il lavoro accosta i dati del database SIL-ER, contenente le comunicazioni obbligatorie sul lavoro dipendente in Emilia-Romagna, ai dati di bilancio del database AIDA per comprendere se, e in che misura, l’assunzione di capitale umano altamente qualificato, (high-skilled) nelle imprese dell’Emilia-Romagna abbia avuto un impatto positivo sulla Produttività Totale dei Fattori (TFP). Il risultato è che a livello aggregato il modello, in linea con la teoria economica prevalente, performa correttamente nel valutare un impatto del lavoro high-skilled sulla TFP positivo e significativo dal punto di vista statistico.
