L’obbligo di sicurezza nelle aziende sanitarie

Abstract

Il saggio affronta la  problematica della tutela della salute e della sicurezza dei lavoratori nelle aziende sanitarie, rilevante in virtù della varietà e molteplicità dei rischi di infortuni e di malattie professionali che contraddistinguono questo peculiare ambiente di lavoro. L’attenzione è rivolta all’individuazione della figura del datore di lavoro in ambito sanitario, nonché al contenuto dell’obbligo di sicurezza, con riferimento alla valutazione ed alle tipologie dei rischi. Oggetto di analisi è, inoltre, il profilo della responsabilità delle aziende sanitarie e della rilevanza del comportamento del lavoratore.  

 

The essay addresses the issue of health and safety of workers in health care organizations, with relevance to the many varied  risks of accidents and professional  diseases that are particular to this type of work environment. The focus is on identifying the role of  the employer within the sector of health care as well as the content of the obligation of safety work measures, with  reference to the assessment and  types of risks involved. The object of analysis is also the profile of responsibility and the importance of the worker's behavior.
